Juan Covelli
Juan Covelli is a Central Saint Martins MA Photography graduate, living and working in London. His work primarily focuses on dynamics and approaches of the body within the digital world. Recent group exhibitions include: EmbassyHack (2016) at the Government Art Collection (London), None of the Above (2015) at La Casa Amarilla (Malaga); Interim (2015) at Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology, (India) - part of the Tate BP Art Exchange Program; Of Improvisation (2015) at Apiary Studios (London); Remember Nature (2015) with Gustav Metzger and the Serpentine Gallery at Central Saint Martins; Photoshop 25th Anniversary (2015) at The Photographer's Gallery (London); PhotoMasters 2015 (2015) at The Old Truman Brewery (London) and CONFLUX (2015) at The Electrician's Shop (London). Last year, he was selected to take part in the Tate's BP Art Exchange and awarded the Curator's Choice prize for CONFLUX. This year (2016) he was selected for the Central Saint Martins Museum and Archive collection. This summer, he will also showcase his work at the Moscow International Biennale for Young Art.
