DescriptionA double-sided quilted banner with the words ‘Danger Toxic Tories’ appliqued front and Toxic Tories on the back, and a motif of sculls and roses on one side. On the back is stitched: carried by Jean Brant 29-9-18, anti-austerity demo at the conservative conference Birmingham. Jean Brant inspired the artist to make it a hands-free banner. It ws shown at an exhibition of banners at the British Textile Biennial at Burnley.
