DescriptionThis image depicts scenes associated with Winter, Christmas and rural life in England. The various scenes include children sledging, choirs singing carols outdoors, a church, a fox and a small kitchen interior with jars of mince meat in the directb foreground. The title - "Winter" - is incorporated into the surrounding imagery, in decorative type along the bottom edge of the print.
