After graduating from CSM, Yuko Matsubara signed up with an Illustration agency under the pseudonym Miminne, and her work was published in The Sunday Times, Porter magazine, a Harvey Nichols charity campaign and many other women’s magazines. In 2011, she moved to Milan to pursue a graphic designer career with Sanrio, the global Japanese lifestyle brand responsible for Hello Kitty. She also produced a book Hello Kitty collaborations published by Rizzoli in 2014, which included illustrations by Jean Jullien who was a classmate from BA Graphic Design at CSM. Yuko has been in the industry since then. Currently, she lives and works in Tokyo.
