Hans Feibusch was awarded the German Grand State Prize for Painters by the Prussian Academy of Arts in Berlin in 1930. He fled to Britain in 1933 where he stayed for the rest of his life. His work was displayed by the Nazis in their 1937 'Degenerate Art Exhibition'.
Between 1938 and 1974, he painted 40 murals for churches and cathedrals, including 'The Trinity in Glory' at St Alban the Martyr off High Holborn in London.
