Jeremy Tankard

Jeremy Tankard is a graduate of Central St. Martins and The Royal College of Art.
He specialises in type design. Designs include the commercial type families Bliss, Enigma, Shaker, and Kingfisher as well as commissioned typefaces for Christchurch Art Gallery, Sheffield City and Microsoft Corporation.
He initially worked with major consultancies, advising and creating typography for some of the best-known international brands, then decided to set up on his own.
He established Jeremy Tankard Typography in 1997 in order to focus more on the creation of typographic communications and he has created a range of typefaces, which includes The Shire Types, and Aspect.
