F Williams Gobeaux
In 1952, Fred Carlin and Fred Williams Gobeau founded a Color Information Center. The initial purpose of this structure was to bring together and advise fashion and textile professionals. In 1959 it became the “Association pour la couleur” and in 1976 took the name of “Comité d’Information de la Couleur”.
When Fred Carlin died, Fred Williams Gobeau was its president until 1984.
