DescriptionMajor historiated initial 'E' (red) from a small book, inhabited by a small 'Puck-ish' figure or devil/demon on a blue background, set on a gold rectilinear ground with black outlining and an extended foliate decoration (acanthus). Text in textualis rotunda script.
