DescriptionMajor historiated initial, again, most of which has been lost by the unsteady hand of the 'vandal'. The initial would appear to be either an 'A' or 'N' (in pink) and is inhabited by the figure of Christ, identifiable because of the cross in his halo, set on a blue background with decorative white overpainting. This would appear as though it was set on a gold rectilinear ground with black outlining.
