DescriptionSilk taffeta woven with checks of gold thread, overprinted in pink, lilac and grey on blue with a design of stylised fans in vertical columns. Fitted waist, side hook and eye fastening, round neck with back opening fastened by rouleaux loops over covered buttons. Large short puff sleeves. Four large bows down bodice front. Fabric printed to suit garment, with pale blue unprinted section at waist, and deep lilac plain section at cuffs.
