'These photographic prints are part of the ongoing series ‘In Limbo’, a visual diary about three displaced families whom since fleeing the conflict, have been living in an abandoned cinema in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan.
The 1988 frozen conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia caused the displacement of over 600,000 ethnic Azeris. Although a minority achieved good living standards, others are still waiting to return to their homes, occupying unfinished or abandoned buildings.'
