DescriptionSabherwal studied BA Fine Art at Chelsea College of Arts. Her practice encompasses themes of remembrance, love and loss, stemming from a nostalgia for her childhood and hometown in India. These extremely personal paintings draw from the artists' family photographs and are her way of capturing a certain 'mid-point moment' from the past, focussing on specific people who seem to have been forgotten or lost.
