DescriptionPorré studied BA Fine Art at Central Saint Martins. Drawing on concepts of cyclicality History and eternal recurrence, this project began with the question of what would happen if a monarchy was restored to France: how would that event be mediated and how would history be written? Porré's hyperreal narration appropriates various well-known mediatic narratives such as TV shopping, 24/7 news, propaganda, whose functions, upon closer examination, gradually become unclear.
