DescriptionLiu studied BA Photography at London College of Communication. His work is rooted to ancient Greek philosophy, specifically Socrates and Meno, concluding that there is a mystery to unknown entity which acts as a guiding compass through the seemingly unknown. He explores these ideas through the disappearance of 20-year-old Everett Ruess, last seen in November 1934 in Utah, USA, a boy consumed by the wild desert landscape while on a metaphysical quest in search of the unknown.
