DescriptionBeau Brannick studied BA Illustration at Camberwell College of Arts. She says:
'For this piece, I created three hand embroidered tapestries that told the story of the folk song ‘Froggy went a courtin’, a song that depicts the tale of a frog who goes to visit Mrs Mouse and, after leaving, is swallowed by a duck. I chose this folk song as I enjoyed the playful aspect of the story and wanted to use this to create, not just embroideries, but, a set of 3D soft sculptures that are interactive with the audience.'
