DescriptionProposed urban planning design: view of Kingsway at night, with a scheme by Lethaby for altering and improving carriage traffic etc. This may have been made at the same time as "Proposal for a Sacred Way" (F.76) which would have incorporated an avenue from Waterloo Bridge to the front gates of the British Museum.
