DescriptionMercer studied BA Ceramic Design at Central Saint Martins. This collection of ceramic vessels are based on the sharp, angular post-modernist architecture of the city and the grouping gives the impression of a metropolis. Decoration is derived from the urban environment: grids, windows, heating louvres and roofs; and the colour pallette references the architecture of Renzo Piano.
