DescriptionPlesivova studied FdA Fashion Styling and Photography and London College of Fashion. She is influenced by John Berger’s ideas of the male gaze in which men act and women appear. She cast what she described as 'hooligan boys' who have never modelled before, dressing them in fresh flowers and photographing them in a studio, transforming her subjects into “objects of gaze”: challenging their masculinity and ideas about themselves.
