DescriptionTurner studied BA Fine Art at Chelsea College of Arts. His depiction of an every town is immediately familiar but impossible to place. It is a representation of an aftermath, the carnage laid waist from a battle. The viewer is witness to either an active war scene or a panoramic view of a natural disaster which might have appeared homely but alludes to the horrors that we see played out everyday in international news coverage.
