DescriptionHibbs studied BA Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins. This piece takes its title from Theodor Herzls utopian novel meaning 'Old New Land' . It is part of a larger body of work based on images of Californian mid-century private homes that were part of a wave of 'aspirational' modernism in post-war American architecture.
