DescriptionRivers-Bland studied at London College of Communication. Her use of vibrant colour and pattern can be likened to ethnic designs, but the main focus for her work is a cross between abstract and representational images. The printing process creates many different opportunities for layering colour and imagery that builds up a rich depth of colour and surface texture.
