'My work deals with the urban crowd and the movements of pedestrians within in, carving their trajectories through the city spaces. It deals with the spatial and temporal rhythms of the crowd. The chaotic rush and fragmentation of sensations in the height of the bustle contrast with the slowness of ambling groups and individuals. The varying paces and moods of individuals as distinct entities are at times juxtaposed with and at times dissolved by those of the multitude. It is these disparate qualities and changes of focus that I seek to describe.'
