DescriptionGrassie studied BA Fine Art at Central Saint Martins. This work explores a memory he had of a fifties B-movie set in a prison. His despictions of scenes from the film evoke senses of escaping, waiting, disruption and distraction. Grassie’s work is held in the Tate Collection among many others.
