DescriptionPage 'CCXVIII' or 218 from the Chronicle. Page number in top right corner of recto. There are five half-length portrait illustrations on the recto of Kings and other figures; 'Carolus Feludus Rex Sicilie' (a Sicilian King), 'Wentzeslaus Secundus Rex Bohemies' (Good King Wentzeslaus's successor?), 'Ihade Floretin medic' (a Florentine doctor?), 'Philipp Fracoy Rex' (a french King) and 'Ecidius Roman Ordi. Be remitarum'. The verso has two half-length illustrations of Popes, 'Nicolaus Quartus' and 'Celestinus Quintus', and a half-length portarit of a 'Ugolinus Epus'. In the text: the date 'Anno mundi 6487 - Anno XPI 1188', the latter being the correct date A.D.
