DescriptionOne of a series of posters commissioned by Frank Pick, Head of the London Underground, from staff and students of the Central School of Arts and Crafts and St. Martins School of Art. James Fitton was educated at the Central School of Arts and Crafts in 1925. He designed posters for the Underground Group and London Transport from 1936 to 1943.
