DescriptionOral history interview conducted by Sylvia Backemeyer with Judith Kerr. Judith Kerr came to Britain as a refugee and studied life drawing classes at the Central School of Arts and Crafts with John Farleigh, Morris Kestelman and Bernard Meninsky. She later became an illustrator and author, writing 'When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit' and illustrating the Mog books and 'The Tiger who Came to Tea'.
